If we are unable to proceed with your design due to time constraints or fabric issues, 25% of your fee will be refunded. If you choose to move forward, the fee will be credited toward your final balance. Custom designs start at $1000 for completely new designs. Your consultation is booked for one hour; if you're running late, the remaining time will still be available to you.
